Out Dancing in September

Group Classes

Mondays, September 3rd – 24th 7:30-8:30 PM
Argentine Tango (Basic/Beginning)
Originating in Buenos Aires in the 1890s, Argentine Tango is no more than “walking with a partner to the music.” With no set basic step, it promotes improvisation and the ability to lead/follow virtually every single movement. If you haven’t experienced Argentine Tango before, check out this YouTube video. This beginning class is suitable for everyone.
– $40 for four classes (per person)
– $15 for a drop in (per person)

Fridays, September 7th – 28th, 6:30-7:30 PM
East Coast Swing (Basic/Beginning)
Evolving from the Lindy Hop in the 1940s, the East Coast Swing is indispensable in its versatility–nearly every band and DJ will play a large collection of “Swing” music when you’re OUT DANCING. Beginners will easily pick-up the basics and more advanced students will enjoy patterns and routines that challenge and energize.
– $40 for four classes (per person)
– $15 for a drop in (per person)
